Updating the OTA credentials to start replying to reviews

The most beneficial advantage of the dashboard is that you can reply to all the OTA reviews through a single platform. This will not only help you to engage with the guest efficiently but will also help you keep track of the comments you are receiving for your property. In order to begin with this amazing feature, all you have to do is update your OTA credentials on the dashboard. This will allow the integration of RepUp and your public page of the OTA.


Note: You can not reply to the reviews of Agoda and Expedia from the dashboard since they have a two-factor authentication process for each login session. 


Things to consider-


  • Unless the correct credentials are updated, your responses to the reviews will not be processed.
  • Once you correct the credentials, your replies will get automatically processed again. This means that you won't have to reply again to those reviews.

Follow the steps below to begin with replying to the reviews.

  1. Login to the dashboard.
  2. Click on the 'Settings' from the left menu bar.
  3. Select 'OTA Credentials' from the list.
  4. Once finished updating the credentials, click on 'Update Credentials'.
