Saving Reply Templates
Though it is important for the properties to communicate with the guests through customized and personalized response content still you can use the standard reply templates for the positive reviews. This will help you save time and effort.
Why is it important?
You can save your time and effort with the standard reply templates.
Steps:
- Click on 'Settings' from the left menu bar.
- Select 'Reply Templates' from the drop-down.
- Here, you can edit the existing templates and add the new ones as well.
- Once a template is added, make sure to click on 'Add Template' to save the templates.
You can later use these templates in the reviews feed while replying. Click on 'Reply' button under the review and click on the 'Select Reply Template' to choose the required template.
