If a guest has posted a review mistakenly on any review platform, the review cannot be removed directly from the hotel or client dashboard.

To request removal of the review, the client must:

  • Share the review details with the platform support team or with the [Xperium RepUp Team]()
  • Provide supporting information such as guest name, review link, screenshot, and reason for removal

Please note that review removal is subject to the respective platform’s policies and approval process.

For faster resolution, guests can also directly edit or delete their reviews from their own accounts.
