How to reply to reviews?
As much as possible, try to reply to all reviews posted, but especially the negative reviews. According to the study, as soon as hotels start responding to reviews, they receive 12% more reviews, and their ratings increase on average by 0.12 stars. For replying to a review, you can either type in your message to be posted directly on OTA’s website or select from a pre-saved reply template to reply quickly and save your time.
You also have an option "Save as Draft" to save the reply which allows you to edit it and post later. This is useful for managers who wish to check the content once before posting.
