How to update Property Details?

Your property details updated on the dashboard will help the guest to know about the speciality and the services available at your property. These details will be visible to the guest in the automated emails sent to them during the stay cycle. 


Why is it important?

It is important to regularly update the information so that the guest is aware and is updated with his expectations from you. It will not only help you establish a good image in front of your audience but will also attract potential guests. 


Steps to do it

  1. Login to Repup dashboard.
  2. Click on the 'Settings' option available in the left menu bar.
  3. Click on "Property Configuration".
  4. Update the details under "Property Details".


Here, the basic details of the properties need to be added i.e Timezone, Currency, Email, Number Of Rooms, Property Description and the Address.
