Configure From Email

There are certain automated emails that are sent to the guests during their stay cycle. By default, these emails are sent from the RepUp's system email address which is noreply-marketing@repup.me. It is advisable to change this to the property's official email address since that would help the guest to identify the authenticity of the sent content. Also, this would help improve the click rate of the emails as well.


Note: Before sending campaigns it is very important to configure the 'From Email' (The email-id from which the email would be sent to guests).


To configure please follow the below steps:


  1. Login to the Repup dashboard
  2. Click on Marketing
  3. Click on Configuration
  4. Click on "From Emails" and it will take you to the below page:


Here you need to enter your Email Address and Click on Save button. Once saved, you will receive an email from Amazon Web Services to verify that email. Just click on the link to verify. Once verified the sender name for the campaigns can be edited to your email address.
